Campus Tour Breakouts

We are offering three tour options this year. Each tour will take the full 90 minutes, so you may only select one option. These tours involve varied amounts of walking and limited opportunities to sit down. If you have questions, contact the Alumni Relations Office.

Option 1: iExcel in the Dr. Edwin G. & Dorothy Balbach Davis Global Center and the Wigton Heritage Center

iExcel showcases high-fidelity simulation and experiential learning technologies and the Wigton Heritage Center features UNMC history exhibits.

Option 2: The Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center and the Chihuly Sanctuary

The Chihuly Sanctuary features 10 site-specific art installations and offers a place of respite and reflection for patients receiving treatment in the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center.

Option 3: Campus Walking Tour

The walking tour will showcase various campus locations such as the renovated McGoogan Health Sciences Library, campus artwork, the Nebraska Biocontainment Unit, and more.
